As a retired teacher, I had little experience with selling property.
It was anxiety provoking as it became time to list my home.
I found Jeremy Hardy at Craig Estates & Fine Properties, and I am thankful I did.
Although his system in hindsight was extremely comprehensive, he made each step easy to understand, and made the process feel like a fun team effort.
His preparation before listing created buzz and we sold in 3 days and closed escrow 30 days later at sixty five thousand over asking price.

I feel fortunate to have had Jeremy Hardy as my agent. The sale of the home of a recently deceased beloved friend was a difficult task for my family and me and Mr. Hardy handled the process in a skilled and professional way. He advised and made suggestions while always explaining his reasoning. The people he helped me find to prepare the house for sale did a fine job of painting, cleaning, and managing the grounds. The escrow company he connected me with was close by. I was kept informed of the progress of the sale and able stay in constant contact. Our family of five relocated from Atlanta, Georgia to Pasadena in July 2022. A cross country move is quite a feat and Jeremy Hardy was an enormous asset to us in finding a new home for our family and making a very stressful process much, much easier. My brother & sister-in-law started working with Jeremy many years ago and had wonderful things to say about his character, his knowledge and skill in real estate and his calming personality.
